Featuring our new pom, a mix of tulle, stars, glitter fibers and soft pastel yarns for a truly magical array of color sparkle and fun! hand-stitched pom, made from a few dozen layers of tulle. 

5 inches tall, 3 inches wide. Elastic stretches for a wide fit.
